Out of Network Insurance Reimbursement

If you have out of network mental health coverage and wish to seek reimbursement for services from your insurance, I can provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance for out of network reimbursement.  It will be your responsibility to submit the invoice for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. My late-cancellation or missed appointment fee is the rate your insurance pays me or the private pay fee we have agreed on.
